Every prophet in the Qur'an has his own supplication. If you want the best, you have to pray a supplication of the prophets. If you suffer from stress, worry or grief , you should pray the prayer of prophet Younis peace be upon him, which is " There is no god but you: glory to you I was indeed wrong" It will brings you the answer soon, God willing, because Allah has responded to this prophet saying: " So we listened to him: and delivered him from distress: and thus do We deliver those who have faith" Pay attention to verse "And thus do We deliver those who have faith" If you're really a believer in Allah, Allah will respond your prayer! Among the important supplications Overlooked by people especially the campus of the blessing of children, the prayer of Prophet Zachariah: " O my Lord! Leave me not without offspring, those You are the best of inheritors. " If you repeated this prayer and you are sure for the answer, Allah will give you the requests because he responded to the prophet Zechariah, and said: " So We listened to him: and We granted him Yahiya: We cured his wife's for him." What is the secret of this rapid response to the prophets of Allah , while we pray to Allah, but sometimes no response? The answer in verse " This (three) were ever quick in emulation in good works: they used to call on Us with love and reverence, and humble themselves before Us." Glory to Allah! The most important condition of the prayer being response is to hasten in good works and reverence, would you do it my brother believer in your life? Do you know what is the prayer of healing incurable diseases? It is the prayer of prophet Ayoub peace be upon him. One who prays this supplication and repeats it a lot, Allah will heal him, and this prayer is " Truly distress has seized me, but You are the Most Merciful of those that are merciful." Because Allah has responded to Ayoub after a long illness, Allah says " So We listened to him: We removed the distress that was on him, and We restored his people to him, and doubled their number- as a Grace from ourselves, and a thing for commemoration, for all who serve Us." So today we are in urgent need of this prayer, because Allah (SWT) is the only one who can protect us from the evil of diseases, It is over all things! How to pray to Allah (SWT)? Allah says about his prophets " They used to call on Us with love and reverence." (Love), including the desire of Allah than of delight, and (Reverence) is the fear from the torment of Allah. That's why our supplication should be directed prayed to Allah with a strong desire and a great fear .Here, I ask you Dear Believer: When you call Allah, do you notice that your heart go to Allah and you are eager to please him, whatever the results are?. Or is your heart heading into your requested need?! This is the secret of the secrets of response to prayer. When we call Allah and ask him to do anything, Do we remember that Allah is able to response to our prayers and it is not incapable of anything on earth or in heaven? , do we remember when asking Allah for a thing that Allah is greater than such thing? Or do we focus all our attention in the thing that we want and we hope from Allah? Therefore, the most important secret of prayer is to remember Allah in every moment! Among the most important condition for responsive prayer is to be obedient to Allah and humble him during your supplication. And reverence is the fear, as Allah says of the prophets " And humble themselves before Us." This is an important secret of the secrets of prayer response. The extent you are answered your call reverence to Allah ,your call will be answered. And reverence is not only to pray for, But you must ask yourself: Are you subjected to Allah in prayer? Are you afraid of Allah during the livelihood so that you don't eat haraam? Here we are aware of why the Holy Prophet the believer has to know that his food and drinks are halal in order to get response of his supplication. Have you ever think to forgive a person mistreat you? Have you ever think to be patient with one's harm for the sake of Allah. Have you thought to ask yourself what are the things that Allah loves in order to do them to be close to Allah and to be among his humble slaves? These are questions that should we make and think about them, and work to be close to Allah and that all our work , movements, thoughts and feelings for the sake of Allah. A new research held by a group of scientists at the University of Portsmouth suggested that Smiling affects how we speak, to the point that listeners can identify the type of smile based on sound alone. The research, which also suggested that some people have "smilier" voices than others, adds to the growing body of evidence that smiling and other expressions pack a strong informational punch and may even impact us on a subliminal level. "When we listen to people speaking we may be picking up on all sorts of cues, even unconsciously, which help us to interpret the speaker," said lead author of the report, Amy Drahota. Psychologists tell us that Smiling is a great way to make our body to function better and to improve our health, stress level, and our attractiveness. Hence they believe that Smiling is just one fun way to live longer and they give us some ten consequences of smiling: 1. People are drawn to those who smile as there is an attraction factor to cheerful people. 2. Smiling Changes Our Mood. 3. Smiling Is Contagious as people who are smiling is lighten up the room, change the moods of others, and make things happier. 4. Smiling relieves Stress as stress can show up in our faces. Smiling helps to prevent us from looking tired, worn down, and overwhelmed. 5. Smiling Boosts our Immune System because it helps the immune system to work better. When we smile, immune function improves possibly because we are more relaxed. 6. Smiling Lowers the Blood Pressure as when we smile, there is a measurable reduction in blood pressure. 7. Smiling Releases Endorphins, Natural Pain Killers and Serotonin.so all together make us feel good and doctors consider Smiling as a natural drug. 8. Smiling Lifts the Face and Makes us Look Younger because used muscles to smile lift the face, making a person appear younger. 9. Smiling Makes us Seem Successful because smiling people appear more confident, are more likely to be promoted, and more likely to be approached. 10. Smiling Helps us Stay Positive because When we smile our body is sending the rest of us a message that "Life is Good!". Another research conducted in Sweden exposed participants to images of faces while they monitored their facial muscles through electromyographs (EMGs). When exposed to happy faces, participants moved their zygomatic major muscle (used in smiling); when exposed to sad faces, participants moved their corrugator supercilii muscle (used in frowning). Participants did this even when the stimuli were hidden and rapidly presented. Participants were usually unaware that they even moved their muscles. Drs. Ursula Hess and Slyvie Blairy conducted a study where participants viewed video clips of a person expressing anger, sadness, disgust and happiness. Results showed that participants consistently mimicked each of those expressions. These studies support that when you smile at someone, their muscles maneuver into a smile as well. A well-known study conducted at the University of California, Berkeley, demonstrated the impact of smiling on life satisfaction. Researchers analyzed the yearbook pictures of 111 smiling women at age 21, fifty of which displayed authentic-Duchenne smiles. Participants expressing genuine positive emotions in their yearbook picture were more likely to be married and have higher well-being than their non-Duchenne smiling classmates. This study was replicated in Australia in 2006 and demonstrated similar results. Duchenne smiles correlated with experiencing less negative emotions and increased sense of competence. People and smile People around the world who believe in the power of the smile say that smile costs nothing, but gives much. It enriches those who receive, without making poorer those who give. It takes but a moment, but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever. Also, people believe that smile creates happiness in the home, fosters good will in business, and is the countersign of friendship. It brings rest to the weary, cheer to the discouraged, sunshine to the sad, and it is nature’s best antidote for trouble. Yet it cannot be bought, begged, borrowed, or stolen. Smile in Islam Allah Almighty the creator of all creatures confirm that He is Alone the One responsible for making us able to smile or cry as He says : (And that it is He (Allah) Who makes (whom He wills) laugh, and makes (whom He wills) weep){ Sûrat An-Najm - The Star -verse43}. Indeed, because He is the One Who created our facial muscles which enable us to laugh or cry. Also He Almighty tells us about believers at day of resurrection by saying: (But this Day (the Day of Resurrection) those who believe will laugh at the disbelievers* On (high) thrones, looking (at all things)* Are not the disbelievers paid (fully) for what they used to do?){ Sûrat Al-Mutaffifîn - Those Who Deal in Fraud -verse34-36}. Prophet Mohamed peace be upon him urges us to smile as he says in the prophetic hadith” your smile for others is a charity”[Hadith Sahih- by Al-Albany]. At the 2003 meeting of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, two-thirds of the 350 divorce lawyers who attended said the Internet played a significant role in divorces in the past year, with excessive interest in online porn contributing to more than half of such cases. "This is clearly related to the Internet," says Richard Barry, president of the association. Also, experts assure that Porn doesn't just give men bad ideas; it can give kids the wrong idea at a formative age and that Pornography is affecting people at an increasingly young age," says sociologist Diana Russell, who has written several books on the subject. Recent studies show a correlation between increased aggressiveness in boys and exposure to pornography, and a link between childhood use of porn and sexually abusive behavior in adulthood. Divorce and porno Many lawyers who are consulted for divorce are viewing on of the reasons for the breakdown in the marriage as being that spouse is using internet chat rooms behind the other’s back. There are cases for women who ask for divorce because man is addicted to pornography and in some cases those men lose their jobs because of that. Porn leads to addiction The brain is the functioning turnstile that helps us decides on moral issues, prompts us to act, think, love, run, flee or fight. The brain is designed to be flexible and pliable. What we choose to watch and act on is firmly "imprinted" on our brain. When a person is exposed repeatedly to pornography the brain is stimulated and releases chemicals. This "cocktail" of chemicals builds a dependency within the brain driving feedback loops that require more and more stimulation to sustain the "high". The release of chemicals also causes the brain to shut down specific functions, rewire pathways, set expectations, and weight decision making in an improper way. Therefore, numerous respected scientists and psychiatrists have concluded that pornography is an addiction like alcohol or drug abuse. Some scientists believe it is even more addictive than heroine. Islam ordered us to lower our gazes, why? Allah Almighty asked people not to waste their valuable time and not to look at women with libido as that leads to many dangerous effects on community and people themselves. Also He Almighty ordered us to practice the sexual relations only between wives and husbands as it is the only legitimate way between man and woman. Here we find that Allah Almighty orders men not to look to forbidden things by saying: (Tell the believing men to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts, etc.). That is purer for them. Verily, Allah is All-Aware of what they do.){Sûrat An-Nûr -(The Light)- verse30 } and in the next verse Allah Almighty speaks to women by saying: (And tell the believing women to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts) and not to show off their adornment except only that which is apparent (like both eyes for necessity to see the way, or outer palms of hands or one eye or dress like veil, gloves, head-cover, apron, etc.),).){Sûrat An-Nûr -(The Light)- verse31}. Western societies and experts are calling people to avoid pornography, in many verses in the Qur’an we can find that meaning but the difference is that is s a divine order 1400 years ago and these western calls are launched just couple of years ago, Allah says: (And come not near to the unlawful sexual intercourse. Verily, it is a Fahishah [i.e. anything that transgresses its limits (a great sin)], and an evil way (that leads one to Hell unless Allah forgives him){Sûrat Al-Isrâ’-(The Journey by Night- verse 32}. Let us read……… According to the latest figures, the incidence of melanoma, a potentially fatal skin cancer, is increasing dramatically. It is currently the most common type of cancer in young women between the ages of 25 and 29. Researchers believe that sun exposure plays a significant role in the development of melanoma. According to Dr. Diane Berson, an American dermatologist says “intense sun exposure prior to age 20 may be more of a significant risk factor for skin cancer than sun exposure past the age of 20. Three or more blistering sunburns early in life, or three or more years of working out of doors, (e.g. camp counselors or lifeguards), without protection, can increase the risk of skin cancer by more than three times." Another study held from 1973 to 2004 found that the rate of new melanoma cases in younger women had jumped 50 percent since 1980, but did not increase for younger men in that period. "It's worrying," said Mark Purdue, a research fellow at the National Cancer Institute, who led the analysis published in the Journal of Investigative Dermatology. "What we are seeing in young adults right now could foretell a much larger number of melanoma cases in older women." he said. "One possible explanation is increases among young women of recreational sun exposure or tanning bed use," Purdue said. "Both of these things have been identified as risk factors." Statistics say that 62,000 melanoma cases are diagnosed each year in the United States, and more than 8,400 people die from the disease, according to the American Cancer Society. Previous studies have shown that the rate of new diagnoses has been increasing among adults overall. Woman’s dress in Islam According to religion of Islam woman should only display her face and palms of hands in front of foreigner men (indoor and outdoor) and more than that is prohibited. Allah Almighty tells prophet Mohamed peace be upon him to order women to do the following: (And tell the believing women to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts) and not to show off their adornment except only that which is apparent (like both eyes for necessity to see the way, or outer palms of hands or one eye or dress like veil, gloves, head-cover, apron, etc.), and to draw their veils all over Juyûbihinna (i.e. their bodies, faces, necks and bosoms) and not to reveal their adornment except to their husbands, or their fathers, or their husband’s fathers, or their sons, or their husband’s sons, or their brothers or their brother’s sons, or their sister’s sons, or their (Muslim) women (i.e. their sisters in Islâm), or the (female) slaves whom their right hands possess, or old male servants who lack vigour, or small children who have no sense of feminine ***. And let them not stamp their feet so as to reveal what they hide of their adornment. And all of you beg Allâh to forgive you all, O believers, that you may be successful.){ Sûrat An-Nûr - The Light -verse31}. Also prophet Mohamed peace be upon him says in the right Hadith about some indications for the imminence of day of resurrection that “there will be women who are dressed and naked at the same time, who are reeling while walking and their heads are like the top of the camel, those will not enter the heaven or even smell its smell” [narrated by Abu- horraira] Muslim women who are veiled believe that their body is valuable so it should not be as a commodity that is exposed to everyone to evaluate. Conclusion The great religion of Islam doesn’t approve any practice that may cause any harm to both men and women , therefore Allah Almighty and His prophet Mohamed peace be upon him order women to be veiled because woman’s veil definitely respects woman than exposing her parts in front of everyone. Also, Allah Almighty didn’t order women to be veiled and ordered men to do what they want but He Almighty orders men also to respect women by not to look in their parts because that is purer for them so that Allah Almighty tells the prophet to inform men to:(Tell the believing men to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts, etc.).
