وليس في الإسلام شعار "إن الغاية تبرر الوسيلة" وإنما المقرر في نصوص الكتاب والسنة "أن الوسائل تأخذ حكم المقاصد"، فإذا كانت الغاية مشروعة فلا بد أن تكون الوسيلة إليها مشروعة، والضرورات تقدر بقدرها هذا. و تعالى أعلم.
