A group of Finnish researchers had found a new nutrition formula to increase human’s life by 20% when following a special diet so that human shouldn’t eat and drink so much which leads to decreasing blood pressure and cholesterol as both of them are the main reasons behind sudden death. Allah Almighty orders us when we eat or drink not to waste by saying: (And eat and drink but waste not by extravagance, certainly He (Allah) likes not Al-Musrifun (those who waste by extravagance).){Sûrat Al-A‘râf - The Heights –verse 31}
Hence, eating and drinking appropriately not only benefit our health but it is a great worship to Allah Almighty.
