Such things have a positive impact on the nervous system, the functioning of the heart and the organization of its beating as well as the flow of blood through its veins. Allah says:

Who believe in the Unseen,

Are steadfast in prayer,

And spend out of what We

Have provided for them Baqara or the Heifer: 3
