Researchers declare that worshiping and contemplation for a short period of time every day delays aging-associated diseases and reduces stress and anxiety. Moreover, prayer grants people safety and more love and mercy while atheism, anger, and complaining about life on the other hand damage the brain constantly. A study that was conducted by Randolph Byrd in 1988 revealed unexpected surprises for it was shown that praying and supplicating for heart patients improve both their physical and psychological conditions. All glory to Allah who pointed out the significance of prayer and supplication; Allah says:

O my Lord! make me

One who establishes regular Prayer,

And also (raise such)

Among my offspring

O our Lord!

And accept Thou my Prayer Ibrahim or Abraham: 40
