Scientists have discovered that the brain is influenced by the sounds it hears when man goes to sleep. In fact, while being a sleep, the human brain can distinguish, analyze, and store sounds. Everyone could, therefore, make good use of their sleep and listen to the holy Qur'an, a strategy that would help us better memorize Qur’anic verses while hearing them in a low sound. Fabulously enough, Allah, the Creator, has emphasized the significance of sleeping and considered it one of his signs. Allah says:

“And among His Signs

Is the sleep that ye take

By night and by day,

And the quest that ye

(Make for livelihood)

Out of His Bounty: verily

In that are Signs

For those who hearken.” Rum or the Roman Impire:23
