Medical doctors claim that eating a little amount of olive oil daily on a regular basis helps protect human heart from hardening of the arteries, but protects the heart against many diseases. Scientists advise hyper tension patients to take olive oil. Allah’s Messenger SAAW, is reported to have said, ‘Eat olive oil and rub your bodies with it.
