There are plants that feed on insects! Such plants secrete materials that attract insects to them and they also have very delicate capillaries. Once insects get inside them, the plants close and then secrete a material to digest the insect. Such insects are sufficient food for the plant for several days…. all Glory to Allah! How could this plant have learned such an amazing technique to secure its livelihood? In fact, it is Allah, the Glorious, who prepares for it the means for securing its livelihood; Allah, the Almighty, says about himself:

“It is He Who created

All things, and ordered them

In due proportions.” Furqan: 2
