شوربة حارقة للدهون "وصفة "
طريقة رجيم فعاله جدا وخاصه لزائدين الوزن الكثير...
وهي موصوفه من خلال اطباء القلب...وهو عباره عن نظام حميه غذائي لانقاص الوزن خلال 7 ايام...
اسلوب التطبيق:
شوربه اساسيه لحرق الشحوم:
المقادير الخاصه لعمل الشوربه:
1. 6 بصلات خضراء(يمكن الاستعاده عنه بلبصل العادي)
2. 2 طماطم اخضر او معلب
3. كرافس
4. ملفوف
5. قرنا فلفل اخضران
6. جزر3 قطع
تقطع الى قطع و توضع على النار بعد اضافة الماء حتى يغطيها
اليوم الاول:
you can eat all kind of fruit except banana, water melon,mango,kewie) that day the onley things you can eat are the soup and the fruit.
second day:
the soup,all kind of vegtables(no fruit at all on that day)
third day:
the soup,fruit and vegtables are allowed on that day
forth day:
the soup( on that day you can eat up to
6bananas,fat free milk
day five:
the soup,lamb meat,tomatoes,(the meat has to be cocked)
day six:
lamb meat,vegtables,and the soup
day seven:
the soup,rice and it is prefered to be black rice because it is much less in carbohydrate..fruit juice without suger..vegtables
ملاحظه:
if you dont like eating lamb meat you can eat fish or chicken insted.
if you have followed that program you will be lossing up to7kg a week and you are allowed to do it once a month...the rest of the month you are allowed to eat normally but it is prefered to follow a regym during that..and finally am sorry because i wrote in english but that is because am so slow of writing arabic..ادعولي بالجنه اخواني و اخواتي....
